1- Customer Agreement :

These Terms and Conditions are effective from 01 September 2020. The Terms and
Conditions may change from time to time, but changes will only be effective from the date
they are made and will not change the terms on which you previously used the Service.
The DIREK2U/PAYDIREK/TELEDIREK virtual wallet is a mobile application for African expats
to purchase electronic cash vouchers and various mobile services such as airtime and data
bundles. These vouchers can be forwarded to their family and friends in their home countries
in Africa.
The DIREK2U/PAYDIREK/TELEDIREK Mobile App is a product of PAYDIREK based in Office
15B, av CHARLES DE GAULLE CHILLY-MAZARIN 91380 FRANCE. By continuing to browse
and use this web app, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms
and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern PAYDIREK and our
DIREK2U/PAYDIREK/TELEDIREK service’s relationship with you in relation to this web App.
In these Terms and Conditions, the terms “DIREK2U/PAYDIREK/TELEDIREK”, “Paydirek”, “we”,
“us”, and “our” refer to Paydirek, together with its employees, directors, affiliates, parent
company, successors, and assigns. The terms “customer”, “you” and “your” refer to users of
the Service, whether in their capacity as Senders, Recipients, or visitors of our App or website.

2- The Service:

DIREK2U Web App was developed to allow African expats and the public at large to support
their friends and families in Africa by purchasing and sending cash vouchers, electronics gift
vouchers, mobile airtime and data bundles. Users must be 18 years or older.
The DIREK2U web App can be used from anywhere in the world; however, the beneficiaries
must be on countries supported by our services as listed on the Web App. The Web App is
compatible to iPhone, iPad and Android devices.
While we thrive to ensure that purchased vouchers are delivered instantly; depending on the
providers some vouchers may have a delivery lead-time of up to 24 hours.
All our service fees are provided, calculated and quoted on the Web App.
The DIREK2U Web App relies on aggregated third-party information sources (including
exchange rates under from https://www.xe.com/fr/currencyconverter/, and we do not
guarantee that the rates match any particular benchmark source at any given time.
Paydirek takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of
vouchers and mobile services sold on this Web app, customer service and support, dispute
resolution and delivery.

3- COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

PAYDIREK shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the
purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of
Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

Credit card and cheque card transactions will be acquired for PAYDIREK via STRIPE who are
the approved US payment gateway. STRIPE uses the strictest form of encryption, and no
credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.STRIPE.com to view their
security certificate and security policy.
Customer details will be stored by PAYDIREK separately from card details, which are entered
by the client on STRIPE secure site. For more detail on STRIPE refer to www.stripe.com
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express credit cards or

cheque cards; as well as by EFT payment to our account or PayPal, Retail outlets and Mobile
Money where applicable.

4- REFUND AND CANCELLATION:

You may cancel your transaction for a full refund at any time before the transaction is
processed on the platform and a voucher has been purchased or before the fonds have been
withdrawn on local.
You are responsible for ensuring the payment details you provide are accurate. Once THE
FONDS have been withdrawn by THE LOCAL CONTACT, transactions cannot be reversed
and DIREK2U/TELEDIREK will not be liable in any way for any loss you suffer as a result of a
transaction being carried out in accordance with your instructions.
In the event that you want to cancel your account profile with DIREK2U/TELEDIREK and
redeem all pending cash vouchers, please contact our support team on info@DIREK2U.com
to initiate the cancellation process. Please note that this may take up to 3-7 days.
